HONOLULU-Hawaii Commercial Real Estate LLC has sold a Class A office space measuring 6,391 square feet at the 1100 Alakea Corporate Tower. The 14th floor of the building was sold for a total amount of $2.25 million.

The 14th floor, which comprises office space, also includes eight parking compartments. Kathy Rehg and Victor Arcayena of Hawaii Commercial Real Estate negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
