NEW YORK CITY-Brokerage firm Newedge USA LLC is staying in its 88,644-square-foot space at 630 Fifth Ave., a Rockefeller Center office tower also known as the International Building. The derivatives and securities firm reached an agreement to renew 62,777 square feet and make its leases coterminous. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Cushman & Wakefield vice chairman Jonathan Serko and senior director Barry Zeller advised Newedge in the renewal renegotiations. Landlord Tishman Speyer Properties was represented in-house.
