NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Melia Homes Inc., a homebuilder based in Newport Beach, is developing two projects, which will bring 40 houses to the Orange County.

In Anaheim, close to the junction of Western Avenue and Ball Road, the firm is planning to develop 32 isolated homes with sizes varying between 1,600 square feet and 2,600 square feet. The project is named as Donovan Ranch. The firm develops a five-house project in Eastside Costa Mesa named the Enclave, which features several 2,000-square-foot homes.
