DENVER-A unit of McLean-based NPG V Fund LLC has purchased 12445 E. Caley Ave., the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Building in Centennial, for $19.64 million. Kansas City-based DHS Denver LLC, an affiliate of LANE4 Property Group Inc., was the owner of the building. The two-story building has almost 56,200 square feet and is fully leased to the US General Services Administration till August 2024.
