Two Tenants Renew their Leases at Seaview Corporate Center

SAN DIEGO-Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc. has inked lease deals with two tenants for 128,731 square feet in Seaview Corporate Center situated in Sorrento Mesa.

SAN DIEGO-Pacific Office Properties Trust Inc. has inked lease deals with two tenants for 128,731 square feet in Seaview Corporate Center situated in Sorrento Mesa. The five-building, 356,524-square-foot center is situated at 10180-10190 Telesis Court.

DefenseWeb Technologies Inc. inked a six-year lease renewal and expansion for 27,285 square feet, and The Active Network inked a seven-year lease renewal and expansion for 101,446 square feet.
