NEW YORK CITY-Integrated Access Realty has inked a 15-year lease for a building on 1385 Broadway.

NEW YORK CITY-Integrated Access Realty has inked a 15-year lease for a building on 1385 Broadway. The building measures a total of 500,000 square feet in which Integrated Access Realty has leased 13,700 square feet of space, which it has already divided into 28 showrooms to showcase products such as bags, hats, scarves, shoes and jewelry.
