NEW YORK CITY-The Magnolia cupcake bakery is expanding again in New York. It has inked a lease deal for 10 years for a production facility measuring 5,200 square feet at 1751 Park Ave. in Harlem.

The company is also planning to sell its products through an online store that will be launched in the spring. The city and federal government have designated the Harlem building to pull light manufacturing businesses there. The Daten Group’ David Ennis represented the tenant in the transaction.
