SAN DIEGO-Pelican Packaging, a San Diego-based packaging company, has bought an industrial building measuring 9,329 square feet at 1806 Ord Way, Building 2D, in Oceanside from PCCP bkm, Oceanside II LLC for $900,000. The company has moved from its leased industrial space located at 5816 Dryden Place in Carlsbad to Oceanside.
