SAN DIEGO-Voit Real Estate Services has closed the sale of a retail center measuring 55,761 square feet at 3332 Sandrock Drive and 3202-3304 Greyling Drive in San Diego’s Serra Mesa submarket. The property was sold through Douglas Wilson Cos. of San Diego, the receiver.

Beverly Hills-based Omninet Capital LLC has purchased the CVS Pharmacy-anchored property known as Rancho Serra Mesa Shopping Center for $6.7 million. The property sits on a 4.69-acre site.
