AUSTIN, TX-Dallas-based Valeo Commercial Real Estate LLC, an associate of Valeo Real Estate Fund, has bought The Jefferson Building, a medical office building measuring 97,552 square feet in the Austin Medical District in Austin. The medical office building changed hands for $13.5 million.

The Kucera Companies of Austin was the previous owner of The Jefferson Building. The property, currently 85% occupied, was constructed in 1972. Austin Radiological Association, Austin Neuropsychiatric Clinic and Seton Healthcare occupy space in the building.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
