TAMPA, FL-A bank receiver will put up the Channelside Bay Plaza, a 230,000-square-foot retail development in Tampa, for sale. Dublin, Ireland-based Anglo Irish Bank Group has hired CB Richard Ellis to sell the 615 Channelside Dr. development situated between Ybor City and downtown Tampa.

The property, formerly owned by New York-based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp., was foreclosed by the Irish bank. Ashkenazy Acquisition owed $26 million to the bank from its acquisition of Channelside in 2006.For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
