BUFFALO-Ellicott Development Co.’s affiliate The 4268 Group Inc. has purchased a former New Life Assembly of God site located at 189 N. Pearl Street in Buffalo for $100,000. Ellicott Development plans to convert the three-floor church tower measuring 14,000 square feet into a 13-unit apartment building. Chris Malachowski of Hunt Real Estate Corp. negotiated the deal.
