Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. will move its headquarters to Houston, where the company is already building a new campus.
At a sale price of $275 million, Cupertino-based developer Hunter Properties recently disposed of Phase I of Coleman Highline, a 1.75 million-square-foot mixed-use campus.
The divided high court's decision could have dramatic and lasting effects on New York City's real estate development community, which commonly relies on the so-called bankruptcy remote special purpose entity loan structures to manage risk.
