NEW YORK CITY-Adams & Co. Real Estate has closed two new leases totaling 19,200 square feet at 253 W. 35th St. on behalf of the owner, Shulsky Properties. A Better Chance has leased 9,600 square feet at the 16-floor building for 10 years. Lisa Holyfield and Marjorie Torres of Concrete Stories negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant.
