ORLANDO-Crossman & Company has completed three retail leases totaling 24,914 square feet on behalf of the owners. Titan Enterprise, LLC has inked a 5,304-square-foot lease in the Gateway Center located at 15701 SR 50 in Clermont. Schmid Properties represented the tenant in the deal.
