MIAMI-CB Richard Ellis’ Charles Foschini has arranged a refinancing loan worth $23 million for the Dadeland Centre II office tower. JPMorgan Chase Bank offered the amortizing loan that extends for 30 years with a five-year fixed interest rate. The loan-to-value ratio is 70%.

George R. Brown Jr. is the manager of the 114,610-square-foot office tower situated at 9155 S. Dadeland Blvd in the Kendall area of Miami.
