HOUSTON-Pennsylvania-based Urdang Capital Management Inc. and Houston-based Griffin Partners have selected Jones Lang LaSalle to market 1301 Fannin, a 25-story Class A office tower measuring 784,143 square feet in the Central Business District in downtown Houston. The owners acquired the office building in March 2007 from an associate of San Diego-based Shidler Group for $114.5 million.

The property, bordered by Clay Avenue, Fannin Street, San Jacinto Street and Polk Avenue, was constructed in 1984. It is currently 86% leased.For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
