MEMPHIS-Lloyd and Patti Phelps with Memphis-based Phelps Security Inc. have acquired the old Roebuck Auctions building from Clarksdale, Mississippi-based Covenant Bank for an amount of $725,000. The Class B office building, which measures 9,500 square feet, is located at 4932 Park Ave.

The property, which sits on a 1.15-acre site, was previously owned by John and Glenda Roebuck. Bill Briggs of Banyon Tree Realtors represented the buyers.
