ORLANDO-Thomas D. Wood and Company has arranged two loans totaling $2,574,600 for Manuel Lindiakos, PA, and Dollar General. Manuel Lindiakos secured a 20-year fully amortizing loan worth $1,324,600. The loan-to-value is 50% on the site located at 625-631 Jasmine Avenue and 80% on the 8,595-square-foot office building situated at 222 E. Tarpon Avenue in Tarpon Springs.
