NEW YORK CITY-The Council of School Supervisors and Administrators is moving its headquarters office from 16 Court St. in downtown Brooklyn to 40 Rector St. in lower Manhattan. The union has bought a commercial condominium measuring 32,019 square feet at the 600,000-square-foot office building for $8 million.

The 19-story property is owned by Philips International. CSA will occupy the entire 12th-floor space of 40 Rector St. situated between West and Washington streets. For the full story, go to Crain’s New York Business .
