WASHINGTON, DC-The near freeze in government spending has had an impact in the DC area. However not all such activity has completely ceased. US Customs and Border Protection has signed a long-term lease for 96,000 square feet at Sentinel Square I/90 K St., NE in NoMa. In fact, “this is the second group within Customs and Border Protection that will occupy our Sentinel Square I project,” Thomas Finan, a managing director with Trammell Crow Co.’s Mid-Atlantic office who represented the landlord/owner in the transaction, said in a prepared statement.
