Baziak Retail Team Joins Colliers International

LOS ANGELES-Colliers International has added a new retail team headed by Mark Baziak, who becomes Colliers’ director of retail leasing for Greater Los Angeles, with his team working out of Downtown L.A. and Orange County. In addition to Baziak, the team members include Terrison Quinn, Peter Spragg, Mark Joens, Casey Mahony and Jesika Tran-Nguyen. All were with Grubb & Ellis except for Mahony, who was with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.

Baziak will focus on strategic asset positioning, deal negotiations, and client relationships, according to a Colliers announcement regarding the new team. Before joining Colliers, he was a senior vice president and a member of the President’s Council for Grubb & Ellis’ Orange County office and had been with the firm since 1994. In 2010, Baziak was named the No. 1 retail broker in the nation for Grubb & Ellis, and for the past decade has been ranked one of the company’s top retail brokers nationally. Most recently, he was a managing member of the firms retail executive committee.
