NEW YORK CITY-A little more than two years after J.P. Morgan Chase sold it in a sale-leaseback for $99 per square foot, 4 New York Plaza has traded again. A partnership of HSBC Alternative Investments Ltd. and Edge Fund Advisors said Wednesday that they had purchased the 1.1-million-square-foot Downtown office property from Harbor Group International. The purchase price was not disclosed by buyers or sellers; according to industry data, it’s rumored to be $270 per square foot, or about $274.4 million.
