MESA, AZ-In one of the metro’s largest big-box retail building sales since 2006, a Texas-based investment group acquired the 163,892-square-foot Superstition Triangle shopping center from AHF Partners LLC through court-appointed receiver Trident Pacific Real Estate Group Inc. The buyer, operating under the name 1944 South Greenfield Road LLC, is pressing forward with plans to open the western U.S.’ first Garden Ridge store in a 144,500-square-foot big box space originally built for K-Mart.
