SAN JOSE, CA-Those who follow @GlobeStcom on Twitter and @GlobeStLIVE may have seen a post teasing the announcement yesterday, but GlobeSt.com has learned that San Francisco-based DivcoWest has completed the sale of 3000-3030 Orchard Pkwy., a two-building office complex in the heart of San Jose’s Golden Triangle/North First Street market. Although sources involved in the deal could not disclose the price, an unidentified source familiar with the deal tells GlobeSt.com that the price was around $40 million.
