CHICAGO-New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties LP is placing a West Loop office building on the market for sale. The real estate investment firm, which bought the 31-story building at 125 S. Wacker Drive in December 2004 for $44 million, has tapped Eastdil Secured LLC to market the property.

Tishman is expecting to sell the office tower for almost $120 million, or approximately $210 per square foot. The property comprises 566,454 square feet of rentable space and is currently 90% occupied. For the full story, go to Crain’s Chicago Business .
