DALLAS- Winstead PC has recently taken down, and moved into, 134,392 square feet of space at 2728 N. Harwood. The law firm has taken eight floors, in the 178,384-square-foot office building, making it the largest tenant in the district of Harwood.

Local media reported in 2010 that Winstead initially signed a 128,782-square-foot lease at the building, owned, developed and managed by Harwood International, and had plans to relocate from Renaissance Tower at 1201 Elm St. by early 2013. A source at Harwood International tells GlobeSt.com that the relocation took place during October, 2012.
