For Cole's executive ranks, “growing” is an apt term. In February of this year, Brian O'Connell and John Larson joined the firm as vice presidents of institutional sales and consultant relations. They were brought on to lead Cole's new initiative into the institutional marketplace, in conjunction with the launch of Cole Income NAV Strategy, a non-traded REIT that was announced in December 2011.
