SAN JOSE, CA-Those who follow @GlobeStcom on Twitter and @GlobeStLIVE may have seen a post teasing the announcement, but GlobeSt.com has learned that Orange County, CA-based Bixby Land Co. has signed an eight-year lease with Nimble Storage to occupy a newly redesigned 165,000-square-foot Silicon Valley office campus at River Oaks Parkway and Zanker Road here. The developer transformed the three-building project in June 2012 into “a vibrant work environment to meet the needs of today’s workforce.”

According to company president and CEO, Bill Halford, “Companies are increasingly seeking office space with dynamic, collaborative work environments and high quality amenities in order to attract and retain top talent.” Bixby incorporated significant upgrades to building elevations in its contemporary redesign.
