CHICAGO- TOMY International has decided to relocate its North American headquarters from 1111 W. 22nd St. in west suburban Oak Brook to Arden Realty Inc.’s nearby Commerce Plaza, according to Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented the toy manufacturer and marketer in their lease negotiations. The company, which sells products under brand names such as Chuggington, Pokemon, Dinosaur Train and John Deere, will occupy 24,649-square-feet at the new location, slightly smaller than the space they previously leased.
