HOUSTON-In a move to consolidate operations, ConocoPhillips has signed an 850,000-square-foot, long-term lease for two office buildings on Houston’s far west side. The energy exploration and production company has agreed to occupy the 550,000-square-foot Energy Center Three, which is currently under construction) and to take additional space in the 300,000-square-foot Energy Center Four, a 600,000-square-foot office building scheduled to break ground later this year.

According to a press release from developer Trammell Crow Co. and partner Principal Real Estate Investors, the buildings will serve as the consolidated location for ConocoPhillips’ Lower 48 Business Unit, which is focused on exploration and production operations throughout the lower 48 states in the US. Energy Center Three and Energy Center Four are located at the southwest corner of Interstate 10 and North Eldridge Parkway.
