Nearly 75 historic properties have been converted into apartment buildings since the 1560s in Los Angeles, ranking the market third in the country.
Torrey Square posted the lowest base rent per-leased-square-foot in Whitestone’s wholly-owned portfolio. Since its IPO in 2010, Whitestone has improved its base rent per leased square foot by over 80%.
DivcoWest Fund VI had approximately $2.25 billion in capital commitments, targeted $1.5 billion in capital commitments and was oversubscribed when it closed on September 30, 2020.
