CHICAGO—Arthur J. Rogers & Co., a partner in The CORE Network, has brokered a 458,884-square-foot lease renewal at 10601 Seymour in suburban Franklin Park near O’Hare Airport. Jeanne Rogers represented the tenant, DHL, the postal delivery and logistics firm, in the negotiations. The firm occupies 100% of the building, which is owned by CenterPoint Properties. Ownership was represented by Kit Sultz of CenterPoint Properties. DHL chose to remain in its location near the O’Hare cargo entrance due to the advantages provided by the proximity of the airport.
