HOUSTON-Within days of the Braun Enterprises’ buy of the 10-story, 78,843-square-foot Great Jones Building, and the mixed-use, 29,036-square-foot McCrory Building, the new owner has tapped Boxer Property to manage and lease both properties.

The Great Jones Building, at 708 Main St. and McCrory Building at 1004 Prairie St. total more than 110,000 square feet and are located in the CBD.  The Great Jones Building offers secure elevator access; a street level restaurant and is close to the tunnel system.  The theater district and popular restaurants are within walking distance to McCrory Building.
