NEW YORK CITY-Though we’re entering the holiday season—retailers’ busiest time of the year—stores around Manhattan are also keeping busy in terms of leasing, relocations and renovations, reports Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, Douglas Elliman Real Estate retail group.

On Madison Avenue,Joseph will relocate from 816 to 1061 while Vera Wang is renovating her Madison Avenue store. Tumi’s flagship has bowed at 610, as has the Alexander McQueen flagship at 747. J. Mendel moved from 723 to a space twice the size at 787 and Fendi is shifting from Fifth Avenue to 598. Molton Brown London and men’s clothier Suitsupply are both launching shops at 635. Teavana Fine Teas + Teavana Tea Bar leaves 1142.
