TYSONS, VA-American Real Estate Partners is tearing down and rebuilding 7901 Westpark Dr. in a $100 million project in which it is partnering with The Association For Manufacturing Technology. The association currently owns the building and the site and is contributing both to the 50-50 JV, American Real Estate Partners President Brian Katz tells GlobeSt.com. When the 200,000-square foot, 10-story trophy office delivers, AMT will occupy about 30,000 square feet with the remainder leased out to tenants, Katz explains. “This will not only be their home but it will also be an investment for them for the next fifty years.”
