WASHINGTON, DC-Restaurant and bookstore Busboys & Poets has agreed to be the latest major tenant at the mixed-use Monroe Street Market being built in the northeast section of the district.

The 7,400-square-foot Busboys & Poets location will open at the Brookdale property in the fall of next year. It will join a Barnes & Noble college bookstore for Catholic University and a casual pizza restaurant from the owners of Meridian Pint called “& Pizza,” according to the Washington Business Journal.
