HOUSTON-Locally based real estate firm Hines has been hired by Silver Peak and Cameron Real Estate as property manager for its 1001 McKinney office building in downtown Houston.

The 23-story building totals 375,440 square feet and is currently 79% leased. The property has achieved Gold certification under the US Green Building Council’s LEED for Existing Buildings (EB) Rating System and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Formerly known as the City National Bank Building, the landmark Art Deco building was constructed in 1947 and was designed by Alfred C. Finn.
