Torrey Square posted the lowest base rent per-leased-square-foot in Whitestone’s wholly-owned portfolio. Since its IPO in 2010, Whitestone has improved its base rent per leased square foot by over 80%.
Leasing activity slowed at the end of the year, but it wasn’t enough to offset the strong leasing activity through the pandemic.
The pandemic isn’t stopping retail brokerage firm Hanley Investment Group, which a total sales volume in excess of $703 million, one of the highest in the company’s history.
