NEW YORK CITY-This year’s recipient of the George M. Brooker Management Executive of the Year Award, Thomas L. Hill, is a four-decade veteran of property management. An SVP with Boston Properties’ New York City operations, he was sworn in on Friday as president of the Building Owners and Managers Association’s New York chapter for the 2014-2015 term.

Hill began his career in real estate over 40 years ago serving in various line and supervisory positions with Uris Buildings Corp. and later with Paramount Group, Inc. In 1985, he joined BXP, and has since risen through the ranks to his current position.
