YORBA LINDA, CA-Brandywine Homes has purchased a 5.1-acre urban-infill community with the intention of building 51 townhomes near Yorba Linda Blvd. and Blair St., adjacent to the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum here. The project is expected to be completed by Spring 2015; anticipated construction costs for the project are not yet available.

The community, designed by Theron Pate of Pate Smeall Architects to blend in with the existing neighborhood, will include townhomes ranging from 1,750- to 2,100 square feet with gourmet kitchens, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Residents will have access to common amenities including a recreation center, a community meeting room and a pool.
