WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ-Tax Court Judge Patrick DeAlmeida has ruled against BMW of North America in a number of tax appeals cases the automaker has filed against the borough of Woodcliff Lake over the past few years.

Judge DeAlmeida has ruled that BMW of North America, which is headquartered in Woodcliff Lake, must pay rollback farmland assessment taxes for portions of its nearly 86-acre headquarters property on Chestnut Ridge Road, according to The Record.
