Charlie Terrasi Joins Bluestone Group

NEW YORK CITY—The veteran financier of real estate, who comes to the firm from Dime Savings Bank, is now COO at Bluestone.

NEW YORK CITY—The Bluestone Group has hired Charlie Terrasi as COO. Most recently a VP at Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburg, Terrasi will lead ongoing operations and the company’s expanding bridge and structured financing platform.

Terrasi’s addition to the Bluestone Group’s executive team is a part of the continued expansion of the firm’s growing lending platform, which focuses on financing complex and time-sensitive real estate investment transactions. His vast real estate lending experience will enable the team to deliver the creative financing options, favorable terms and flexibility its clients have come to expect. In addition to his lending expertise, Terrasi’s background in financing commercial real estate and dealing with distressed loans will also be utilized by the company as it pursues new acquisition opportunities.
