HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ—CBRE has brokered the $2.975 million sale of the Wells Fargo Building at 600 W. Cuthbert Blvd. in Haddon Township, NJ.
Jim Pasquarella and Bill Tourtellotte of CBRE represented the seller, National Financial Realty – East Coast Portfolio, LLC.
“The seller was pleased to accomplish this sale in conjunction with their broader portfolio disposition objectives,” says Tourtellotte, senior vice president in CBRE‘s Philadelphia office. “This local property was part of a broader 14 property Wells Fargo occupied east coast dispo-
sition assignment, which we are concluding. The buyer was a private investor who we uncovered, who is new to commercial real estate. He was motivated to make a deal and now plans to upgrade the property and increase occupancy.”
