LOS ANGELES—PCL Construction and Morley Builders have completed a $115.6-million tenant improvement project on the Wasserman Building at UCLA, a research and patient-care facility development dedicated by Eddie and Lew Wasserman. PCL Construction built out the interior of the building while Morley Builders handled the exterior of the project. Richard Meier and Partners Architects served as the project’s designers.
