BREA, CA—Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored community shopping centers, has closed on 8.58 acres at the corner of Imperial Highway and Valencia Avenue in Brea, with plans to build a 87,000 square-foot retail center, Village at La Floresta. The center will be home to the first Whole Foods Market in North Orange County
