WASHINGTON, DC—Paramount Group has signed two 10-year leases totaling 35,500 square feet at Liberty Place, the 12-story building located at 325 7th St., NW. Toyota Motor Co. will occupy 28,900 square feet on the tenth and eleventh floors and Visa Inc. will take 6,600 square feet on a portion of the eighth floor. Cushman & Wakefield’s Sherry Cushman, Susan Thomas and Bart Drummond represented Toyota in the transaction. Paramount Group was represented by Amy Bowser of JLL in the Toyota transaction.
