Will This Aventura MXD Win With Tenants?

MIAMI— You don't see a lot of development in Aventura anymore—or a lot of significant trades. How will this mixed-used development fare?

MIAMI—The developers of Aventura ParkSquare just unveiled a class A office tower. Integra Investments, the 7.5-acre mixed-use project’s mastermind, is building ParkSquare Signature in Aventura, FL.

ParkSquare Signature will sit at the intersection of the mixed-use development’s residents, shops and restaurants. It will rise nine stories and span 100,000 square feet. Construction will get underway this fall with occupancy expected in 2017.
