DALLAS–Q Real Estate Holdings LLC, the real estate affiliate of Fort Worth-based Q Investments, has announced the acquisition of 2400 North Glenville, a 388,600-square-footcampus in Richardson.

Originally a built-to-suit constructed in 1989 for Verizon, it is located in Galatyn Park Urban Village, within Richardson’s Telecom Corridor.
