DALLAS–Stonelake Capital Partners has sold Skillman Live Oak Center, a 75,201-square-foot retail center located at the intersection of La Vista Drive and Skillman and Live Oak streets in the Lakewood submarket of Dallas. The buyer is Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada.

The 65-year-old center originally was acquired by Stonelake in 2011 from four separate owners. Stonelake extensively renovated and repositioned the property, which has 11 new tenants. Today, the center is almost 90 percent occupied and features popular eateries Chip’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, Matt’s El Rancho and Buzzbrews.
